These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by L VITAMIN LAB LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “our”) to you as the client (“you,” “your”). By booking a treatment or consultation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or directly through Lara.

• You will receive a confirmation email with details of your treatment, time, and location.

• Mobile treatments are offered across Essex and London. A travel fee may apply outside of standard service areas.

2. Cancellation Policy

​

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

• No-shows will be charged in full.

3. Payment

​

• Payment is due on the day of your treatment unless agreed otherwise.

• We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or secure payment link.

• Discounts, promotions, and loyalty rewards are applied at our discretion.

4. Medical Information & Consent

​

• You must complete a health and consent form before receiving treatment.

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or changes to your health before each appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not deemed safe or appropriate.

5. Results & Aftercare

​

• Individual results may vary depending on your health, lifestyle, and consistency with treatments.

• We provide guidance on aftercare and treatment plans but make no guarantees of specific results.

• Treatments are not a substitute for medical advice from your GP or specialist.

6. Liability

​

• All treatments are carried out by a trained and qualified therapist following best practice and safety guidelines.

• We are not liable for any adverse reactions if you fail to disclose relevant medical history or do not follow aftercare advice.

• L VITAMIN LAB LIMITED is fully insured for the services provided.

7. Changes to Services

​

• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw services, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

• We will always strive to give as much notice as possible in the event of changes.
