Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once a treatment has been administered.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged in full.
If you have prepaid for a treatment and wish to cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, we are happy to offer a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.
In the rare event that we are unable to carry out your treatment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
